For rent: modern 2-room apartment, located in Utrecht Area "Leidsche Rijn, Het Zand". The apartment is constructed in 2007.
Ideal apartment for single working or expat, as it is situated at a central and highly reachable location. Both the runway A2 and the A12 are at a 5 minutes distance. The centre of Utrecht can be reached by bus in 10 minutes and the bus station takes 2 minutes' walk from the apartment. The centre of Utrecht can also be reached by train in 2 minutes. The train station is located at 5 minutes' walking distance from the apartment. The apartment will preferably be rented to a single working or expat for the maximum period of 1 year. After 1 year there might be possibilities to rent the apartment for a longer period, however this cannot be guaranteed upfront.
The apartment is part of a larger building, containing an internal, private parking lot which can be accessed with a private remote control. Also there are sufficient public parking lots available around the building. The building is mostly habited by young and senior couples or single working.
